WOO Reset combines electrolytes, potassium, calcium and magnesium, and a full vitamin and mineral spectrum with two clinically studied botanicals, Recoverben® lemon verbena and Bluenesse® lemon balm, plus L-glutamine, L-tyrosine and phosphatidylserine. A wild-berry ritual to close an active or demanding day.

A recovery formula pairing electrolytes and a broad vitamin/mineral complex with 2.5 g L-glutamine, 450 mg L-tyrosine, 400 mg Recoverben® (lemon verbena extract), 300 mg Bluenesse® (lemon balm extract), phosphatidylserine and choline per 15 g serving. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while B-vitamins and pantothenic acid support the nervous system and normal mental performance. Wild-berry flavour; sweetened with sucralose.

Stir one 15 g sachet into 250 ml water; take once daily, typically after exertion or in the evening to wind down. Do not exceed one serving per day.
