Delivery across Albania and Kosovo
Standard delivery typically arrives in 2–4 business days across Albania and Kosovo.
You pay in cash when your order is delivered — no card or online payment is required. Any delivery fee is shown before you confirm your order.
You will receive a confirmation once your order ships. If a delivery is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
All sales are final
To preserve the integrity and safety of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
The only exception is an item that arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. In that case, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
Where a replacement or refund is warranted for a damaged or incorrect item, we arrange it directly with you, typically within 5–10 business days.

How do I store the supplements?
Keep tins and sachets sealed, dry, and away from direct sunlight at room temperature. Once opened, use within the period indicated on the pack.
Are the products suitable for daily use?
Yes. The range is designed for consistent daily use within a longevity routine. Follow the usage and dosage guidance on each product page, and consult a practitioner if you take medication.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. Private consultations, recovery planning, and HBOT enquiries are available by appointment at our ateliers. Reach us through the contact page to arrange a visit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery — you pay in cash when your order arrives. Card and bank transfer payments are coming soon.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend or cancel it. Once dispatched, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What is Care300® and what does it do?
A patented, organic standardised mango fruit powder (Mangifera indica, Totapuri/Kili-mooku), standardised on mangiferin and made in Germany. In published research it activates the metabolic “masterswitch” enzymes SIRT1 and AMPK, associated with energy metabolism, glucose tolerance and cellular ageing. One gold-standard clinical trial used 300 mg/day, the exact dose in one Kollagen serving (2% of 15 g).
What is Recoverben® and what does it do?
A proprietary lemon verbena extract (Aloysia citriodora), standardised to over 18% polyphenols. A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial (J Int Soc Sports Nutr, 2018) at 400 mg/day found less exercise-related loss of muscle strength and reduced muscle damage after exhaustive exercise, the exact dose in one Reset serving.
What is Bluenesse® and what does it do?
A patented lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis), standardised to 6% rosmarinic acid, studied for calm, focus, alertness and acute cognitive performance, with reported balancing of cortisol within about an hour. The Reset serving provides 300 mg, in line with studied acute doses.
Are these ingredients approved to make health claims?
The EU has not authorised specific health claims for collagen peptides, free amino acids, phosphatidylserine, Care300®, Recoverben® or Bluenesse®. We describe them by their composition and the studied associations of the ingredient, and authorised nutrient claims carry our on-page benefit statements.
